Contribution Rebate calculations:
· less than $25 - not eligible for a rebate
· $25 to $300 - 75% of total contributions
· $301 to $1,000 - $225 plus 50% of the difference between the total contributions and $300
· over $1,000 - the lesser of:
(a) $575 plus 33 1/3% of the difference between the total contribution and $1,000 and
(b) $1,000 An Individual may contribute a maximum of $2,500
